Yesterday was one of those days! You know the ones

Yesterday was one of those days! You know the ones, they creep up on all of us entrepreneurs occasionally. It was a day where everything seemed wrong, I found myself filled with self doubt, regrets and if onlys. A sense that I'd missed every opportunity and ended up down the wrong road.
This morning though I enjoyed a lovely long walk, under bright blue skies with the puppa; breathing in joy, gratitude and contentment.
When I got to my desk I felt a new sense of clarity, created a to do list for the next 6 weeks, I knocked out a 1000 word post and drafted an email template, all in 3 hours :) It's amazing what fresh air and exercise can do for motivation and the mind! #busybirdandco 📸 Will Fuller via @unsplash

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! We even put our tree up today 🎄But, I still can't get used to Christmas being in the Summer (and it has been ☀️ here recently) Even after 6 years, I miss the crisp mornings, short days and sparkly lights of England - jandals, BBQs and pavlova just aren't the same. There's only one thing guaranteed to get me in the holiday spirit, indulging in an evening of Love Actually - and a glass of sherry! ☺️ ・
